Sip amidst breathtaking cityscape views and explore wines from 41 Paso Robles wineries, showcasing a wide range of varietals, vintages, and distinctive terroirs. As you taste, deepen your understanding of structure, tannin, and balance, while discovering new favorites along the way. Pair your sips with thoughtfully paired bites from The Oakville chef team, as well as Etto Pasta Bar.
