Spend the evening with winemaker Ross Cobb as you explore these exceptional wines alongside a four-course dinner curated by The Oakville chef team. From fresh hamachi crudo to tea-smoked duck leg confit and coal-fired eye of ribeye, this is an evening not to be missed.
