DuMOL Winery

April

The vineyards define the quality. The winery maximizes it. The bottle captures it.

DuMOL believes the best fertilizer is the footsteps of the farmer, and is led by Andy Smith, winemaker and proprietor. The DuMOL team has produced vineyard-focused Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays out of the Russian River Valley AVA in Sonoma, California for thirty years. Their proximity to the Pacific Ocean and its cool climate makes for wines with structured yet silky textures. The coastal fog that breezes inland acts as a natural cooling system for their grapes—extending their growing season and keeping the vibrant flavors prominent in their final form.

With an intimate understanding and respect for their land and its climate, the DuMOL Winery team’s dedicated farming and production process results in complex, nuanced, and unforgettable wines. We’re celebrating their dedicated process this April at The Cellar Door. Sample intentionally selected bottles, produced to highlight the inherent qualities of their grapes and the land on which they’re grown.

Smith describes it best: “Wine is made in concert with the land, the climate, and the hand of human.” To experience DuMOL’s symphony, click here to make a reservation for The Cellar Door this April.
